1. Warranty Coverage

We offer a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all manufacturing defects, including:

  • Faulty clasps or closures.
  • Loose stone settings.
  • Structural defects in the metal or assembly.

2. Exclusions

Our jewelry is delicate and requires proper care. This warranty does not cover:

  • General Wear & Tear: Surface scratches, tarnishing, or oxidation that occurs naturally over time.
  • Improper Care: Damage caused by exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals.
  • Accidental Damage: Broken chains or bent rings caused by pulling, dropping, or improper storage.
  • Lost Items: We do not replace lost or stolen jewelry or components.

3. How to Submit a Claim

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at nerolia.official@gmail.com.
  2. Include your Order Number and clear photos/videos of the defect.
  3. Our quality control team will review your request within 3–5 business days.

4. Resolutions

If the defect is confirmed, we will provide one of the following:

  • A professional repair of the item.
  • A replacement of the same product.
  • If the item is no longer in stock (due to our small-batch production), we will offer store credit or an alternative of equal value.
