EU / NORTH AMERICA / ASIA / OCEANIA ORDERS:

In case your order arrives:

  • Defective *
  • I ordered the wrong size
  • The product is not what I expected
  • You can initiate a return of your order within 14 days of arrival.
  • We would appreciate it if you could follow the steps described below:
  • Please write an email with your order number, name, and reason for return to: nerolia.official@gmail.com, informing us that you are about to or have placed a return to: Nerolia Jewelry: Schönhauser Allee 140, 10437, Berlin, Germany.
  • If you have initiated a return, please share your tracking number :)

As soon as we receive the return, we will notify you by email and credit the full item amount to your account on our store for future use.

Please note:

Nerolia does not assume the cost of shipping returns; however, if the item was *defective, we will refund the cost of the return as well. Otherwise, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer.

The returned products must be in perfect condition and show no evident signs of use; otherwise, no return will be processed. It is your responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that the items arrive at Nerolia in perfect condition, with proper packaging.

NEROLIA will not be responsible for any loss of the package during its shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.
